Amar Duggasani is the Venture Partner for 11-11 Ventures with a focus on partnering with portfolio company management to accelerate growth and achieve operational improvements. Primary areas of focus will be product & technology, sales & marketing, customer success and corporate finance.
Prior to joining 11-11, Amar was the Chief Strategy Officer at The Rainmaker Group, where he led corporate strategy, M&A, product and technology management and emerging businesses and was instrumental in growing the business from less than $1 million in annual revenues to over $50 million in SaaS Annual Run Rate (ARR). He was personally responsible for executing transactions valued worth more than $400 million with a $300 million exit to a public company.
Previous experience as a tech leader in small to medium sized entrepreneurial organizations includes leading teams and delivering complex multimillion dollar products and projects to Fortune 500 companies. Amar has broad experience in leading strategy, branding, marketing, sales, product, design, service, operations, development, finance, business development, and M&A activities. Amar has undergraduate and graduate degrees in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering and has an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Amar lives in Alpharetta, GA with his wife and three boys. He enjoys hiking, camping and canoeing and is an avid long distance runner.
